Bob received a bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of Dayton, a master's degree in teaching from the University of Pittsburgh and a doctorate in counselor education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Before coming to Miami University, Bob was the dean of student services at Mount Aloysius Junior College in Cresson, Pennsylvania.

In 1989, Traci began her career in child care by working as an Aid to the Lead Teacher at a Presbyterian Preschool. During the next three years, Traci continued to work as an Aid while working towards her State Certification in Early Childhood Development. Once her state certification was obtained, Traci continued to work in the child care field for the next six years as a lead teacher. Traci came to the Miami University Hamilton Campus Kids facility in 1999 and currently works as the Lead Toddler Teacher and as the Assistant to the Director.

Mary received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northern Michigan University and a master's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She previously was employed as an instructor in abnormal, social, and developmental psychology and as a field work coordinator for the UCLA Family Styles Project.

Dave received both his bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology and his master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The Ohio State University.  He has previous employment experience as a vocational counselor with the Ohio Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, as a field case manager working with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, with the Ohio State University Office for Disability Services, and in the durable medical equipment industry.

Shelley was previously assistant director of educational placement at Iowa State University. Shelley holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Colorado, a master's in education from the University of Washington and a doctorate in higher education from Iowa State University.

Linda joined Miami University Hamilton in the Office of Continuing Education in 1990. Since 1992 she has been with the Co-op/Internship and Placement Office, although for several years she worked both the Hamilton and Middletown campuses.
