CAMPUS PRIDE INITIATIVE
FALL 2007

The Student Government Association (SGA) is pleased to announce the Campus Pride Initiative (CPI) for Fall 2007.  The CPI is open to all faculty, staff, students and the general public.  The schedule of events that are included on the CPI list has greatly expanded (see reverse) and the procedures to participate have been simplified.

Thanks to Dr. Lee Sanders, Dr. Michael Carrafiello, Dr. Howard Epstein, Jimmie Jones, Vince Richardson, and Annie Miller for participating in the CPI by including so many of their programs from the Appalachian Heritage Month, the Diversity Film Series, the Michael J. Colligan History Project, the Hamilton Campus Artist Series and more on the CPI list of events!

The CPI is designed to promote and encourage attendance at many of the Hamilton campus events and activities that are a source of great pride for the campus community.  Many of these special events foster a sense of community and provide opportunities for personal growth and development. 

Here’s how the CPI is going to work this semester:

1. Review the list of events on the reverse side of this page. 
2. Check your calendar and make plans to attend as many of the events and activities as possible. 
3. At the end of the semester, check off all of the events that you were able to attend.
4. Remember to put your name, date, address, etc. on the top of the check list
5. At the end of the semester, submit the checklist to the SGA CPI, c/o the Office of Student Services, 127 Rentschler Hall.

The CPI will award a small gift to everyone who attends at least 5 of the events and special recognition will be given to those individuals who attend 10 or more of the events.  The CPI is grateful to those many dedicated individuals who make campus pride come to life by their attendance at campus events!   If you have any questions about the CPI, please do not hesitate to contact any of us.  We look forward to seeing you at the events.  If you have any questions, please call Katie Wargo, CPI Chairperson, at (513) 907-1273.  Have a great semester!
