Theater Management
-
The Auditorium Theater Manager
is responsible for all aspects of the use of the
auditorium during the rental period. The
Theater Manager is responsible for the comfort
of the audience and performers.

The Theater Manager will supervise
the use of all University equipment including
the sound, lighting and rigging equipment.

The Theater Manager must give
approval before Renter can erect or operate any
machinery or equipment requiring electricity or
other power sources.

The Theater Manager will supervise
installation of any electrical wires, cords, or
appliances.

Renter may contract with external
vendors to supply lighting, sound, or other staging
services only with the prior written permission
of the University. All installations are
supervised by the Theater Manager.

The University will determine
the number of auditorium operating personnel for
the rental period. This will be in addition
to any personnel required by any contract which
Renter may have with performers, artists, lecturers,
etc. The University is not responsible for
performance(s), or load-out.
