Renter Liability

Renter is responsible for the personal
conduct, safety, and welfare of its volunteers,
representatives, employees, independent contract
workers, guests, and audience while on the premises.

Renter is responsible for all damages,
costs, and expenses for the use of patented or
copyrighted materials, including but not limited
to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or similar licensing organizations.
-
Renter shall possess content and
liability insurance adequate for the usage.
