Musical Instruments

• A University-owned piano will be provided on stage if stated in the rental contract.  The University will designate the tuner and the cost of one tuning is included in the rental agreement.

• If other instruments are brought into the auditorium, the Renter is responsible for these instruments and cannot hold the University liable for their safety.

• The University-owned grand piano must remain in the orchestra pit. An upright piano will be provided on stage if requested.
