Business Transactions

1. Renter will not transact or allow the transaction of any business on the premises without prior approval from the University.

2. Renter will not sell or serve, or allow to be sold, brought into, or served on the premises, any food, beverages, or refreshments of any kind, except as provided for by prior written agreement with the University.  If permission is granted, Renter acknowledges that additional custodial charges may be incurred.  At no time are any concessions to enter the seating area of the auditorium, carpeted hallways, on stage, in the side wings, or in the control booth.  Renter agrees to provide sufficient personnel to prevent audience members from taking food and/or beverages into the auditorium.

3. Renter will, upon request, provide the University a copy of all agreements which Renter may have with performers, lecturers, performing groups, relative to the rental use of the auditorium covered by the rental agreement.

4. No Alcoholic beverages are permitted to be consumed in the facility or outside the facility.
