Online Math Tutoring

Online drop-in tutoring hours for MTH 001,002,101,102,125, 151: Monday to Thursday, 8 – 10 pm Sunday, 7-10pm

To access the whiteboard for online math tutoring, follow these steps: (Download and print instructions in PDF format.)

1. Log in to Tutortrac for the link to the Whiteboard.

2. Enter your Miami uniqueID and password.

3. Click the link to attend the live online session.
   Note: Your tutor may be working with multiple students. He/she will assist you as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated.

4. Type your question(s) in the dialogue box at the bottom left of the window.

5. Click Send to send them to the tutor.

Tech Tip: Need to write on the Whiteboard?

• Request the pen from the tutor. The tutor will give permission to use the pen. 
• Click on the “eye” icon on the bottom right side of the window. 

You may have to wait a few minutes to receive the pen.  The tutor can answer further questions about pen use.
