Students, do you have plans to look at Latin America from a new perspective this year?
Then, think about applying for the Alejandro Garrote Memorial Scholarship with awards for qualifying students from $1,000 - $3,000.
Past recipients of this award include Miami Hamilton's own Alex Hall who used his scholarship to travel to Mexico in order to make his film, From the Midwest to Mexico. Your plans can be to study abroad or create your own program. The funds must be used during the next academic year, but when, where and how is up to you. The application deadline is April 10, 2008.
