Men's basketball closes season with strong finish

Congratulations to the Men’s Basketball team for a great finish to their season. They closed as runners up in the Ohio Regional Campus State Tournament.

In the semifinal, the Hamilton campus avenged two regular season losses to Miami Middletown by defeating them when it mattered most. Leading the way but backed by a strong team, freshman David Bradley scored 27 points as the men defeated the Thunderhawks 84 – 81.

Unfortunately the Harriers were unable to get by a strong UC Clermont squad in the finals of the tournament, losing a hard fought battle by 8 points.

Play ball!

The Harrier Baseball team opened up their season this past weekend on the road in Louisville versus Spalding University. The squad took two out of three games from Spalding behind wins from pitchers Tyler Grammel and Mike Rosa. The Harrier hit parade was led by Damien Hannah who went 5 for 11 for the weekend and capped by a monster game from Adam Farwick in the series finale. Adam went 3 for 4, had a home run, scored three runs and drove in eight runs. The Harriers had a great start to what promises to be another outstanding season.
