Baseball, softball teams post weekend wins

The Miami Hamilton baseball team flexed its collective muscle big time over the weekend. The Harrier squad went 4-0, sweeping a pair of doubleheaders against Southern State Community College (Saturday) and St. Catherines College (Sunday). The team now stands at 24-9 on the season.

The Harrier softball team split a doubleheader with UC Clermont on Saturday to run their record to 3-3 on the season.

 

Volleyball meeting scheduled

The Miami Hamilton women's volleyball team will have an information meeting at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 1, in gym room 104, for those interested in playing on the volleyball team in the Fall 2008 season. Intramural basketball champions emerge

In recreational sports news, Team Six/Yellow won the Intramural Basketball Championship. Members of the winning team are James Hansel, Chris Sprague, Joe Sprague, Matt Alatorre, Andrew Weisbecker, Justin Hopkins, Andy Clark and Justin Reagh.
