ENT senior design teams to show their wares Friday

In one of the most anticipated student projects of the year, the Department of Engineering Technology (ENT) will host Senior Design Projects 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, April 18, in the Wilks Conference Center.

ENT senior design students at Miami Hamilton have teamed up to conduct major open-ended research and design projects. The students have spent a significant amount of time performing calculations, conducting engineering and cost analyses, and preparing feasibility studies for their capstone projects.

Real-world constraints such as economical and societal factors, marketability, ergonomics, safety, aesthetics, and ethics are integral parts of the ENT capstone.
