Student Government Association (SGA) announces arrival of Spring Election Season

And now a word from YOUR Student Government Association....
The Student Government Association (SGA) is proud to announce the arrival of the Spring Election Season! It’s that time again for the campus to be invaded with posters, flyers, campaign speeches, and a renewed sense of dedication to the Hamilton campus of Miami University.
The SGA is looking for qualified candidates to run for office this election season, as the group approaches what looks to be a crucial cornerstone in the organization’s history.
The following positions will be filled during the Spring Election:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Senator (4 seats available)
- Director of Marketing (Appointed)
- Web Coordinator (Appointed
Applications and information are now available in the Office of Student Services, 103 Rentschler Hall.
As a candidate for office, here are some important dates you need to remember:
- Friday, April 20, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. is the deadline to submit your application to the Office of Student Services.
- Tuesday, April 24, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Election Voting Day One
- Wednesday, April 25, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Election Voting Day Two
