Miami Hamilton email migration set for June 11

The Hamilton campus will convert to a new e-mail system on Monday, June 11. Mac users will migrate to the Entourage 2004 application, while PC users will transfer to the Outlook 2007 application.

In order to conduct the migration, e-mail accounts will be unavailable from 8pm Sunday, June 10 until 7:30am Monday, June 11.

Computing Services and the Migration Support Team will be available to assist faculty and staff during the migration procedure. Team members are required to visit each office on campus. If a faculty or staff members are not in their offices, no changes will be made to their computer.

Members of the Migration Support Team will be wearing red T-shirts with the muConnect graphic. Any member of faculty or staff who does not see an MST member should contact the IT Services Support Desk at 529-7900 to request a team member or call Pat Hunley, Computing Services Department at 785-3279 to request assistance.
