Miami Hamilton Theatre presents two shows in one evening

Miami Hamilton Theatre is gearing up for its 2006 fall production of Inside the Plastic Bag, a play collaboratively written and produced by Miami Hamilton, Mercy Health Partners and Mercy Franciscan at St. Raphael. The storyline depicts life through the eyes of local people who are poor, homeless, without family or otherwise marginalized by society.

Assistant Theater Professor Bekka Eaton said the play will be followed by All’s Well That Ends, an improvisational and sketch comedy review presented in conjunction with the OxAct Theatre Company.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m. Wed. through Sat., Nov. 8-11, in Your Room Studio Theatre, 307 Phelps Hall. The shows are free and open to the public. Coffee and snacks will be provided.

Miami Hamilton Theatre also joins OxAct Theatre for a special OxAct show at 7:30 p.m. Sat., Nov. 18, at the Oxford Community Arts Center.
