Staff to play musical chairs during campus renovations

Several members of Miami Hamilton’s staff are being temporarily relocated during building renovations which begin this month. Project completion is anticipated for July 2007.
The renovations affect the current offices of the Campus Dean, Admission, Learning Assistance, Advising, Records & Registration, the Book Store, the Harrier’s Nest, the Jack Rhodes Study, ENT offices on the second floor of Phelps Hall and 400A/B Mosler Hall.
In the meantime, Campus Dean Dr. Daniel Hall and Administrative Assistant Linda Rosenberger will be in 532A/B Mosler; Senior Director of Administration Chris Connell will be in 102 Gym; Admission personnel will be on the second floor of Rentschler Hall; Records and Registration personnel will be in 300 Mosler; Development Director Jim Neidhard and Master Administrative Secretary Carla Ledford will be in 542/534 Mosler, respectively, and Physical Facilities Manager Scott Brown will be in 104 Wilks.
The book store will stay in its current location until it is moved to the Harrier’s Nest in March. A portion of the Nest will remain open during renovations, including the Office of Student Activities, AVI Food Services and Cappuccino Depot.
118 Schwarm and 532B Mosler will be unavailable for meetings during the renovations; however, meeting rooms are available in University Hall (contact Carol Allen, x53169), Rentschler Hall (contact Carol Stubblefield, x53211) and The Conservatory (contact Brett Couch, x53070).
