You can earn six credit hours of history in just six weeks this summer

A new offering for students needing history credits condenses two 15-week courses into just six weeks this summer.

Two basic US history survey courses (111 and 112) will each be offered in three-week sessions beginning May 24 to June 9 and June 14 to June 30, respectively, from 5pm to 9:40pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

According to Dr. Michael Carrafiello, coordinator of social sciences for Miami Hamilton, “What this does is allow students to take a full academic year of history courses in just 35 days. In addition, the courses will be taught by Miami’s highly respected professor, Bob Meckley.”

For additional information about this pilot program, contact Academic Advising at 513-785-3219.
