GINT: A Two Act Play

Miami University Hamilton Theatre presents Romulus
Linney's GINT, a retelling of Henrik Ibsen's
poetic drama, Peer Gynt, April 15 and 16
beginning at 8:00 p.m. in Mosler Hall.
A cast of Miami Hamilton students will bring to life
the story of a ragged young man of the Appalachian
Mountains in 1917, who spends most of his time lying,
drinking and getting into trouble. Determined to become
"something great, grand, and glorious,"
Gint begins a journey that leads him through many
misadventures to the path of a billionaire.
The cast includes Matt Ellis as Pete Gint, Stephanie
Scales as Oldie Momma, Meg haven as Sally Vicks, Erika
Fulton as Younger Woman, Bobby Maiden as Younger Man,
Reka Juhasz as Woman, Gabe Fletcher as Man, Darren
Bailey as Older Man, Sara Ribar as Older Woman. The
cast also includes Rob Murphy, Eddy Kahle, Jeff Christian,
Katie Blum and Laura Wright. Christina Teed is the
assistant director and stage manager. Becky Johnson
is the rehearsal assistant.
General admission is $8, $5 for seniors and students
with Miami ID.
Note: Due to mature subject matter, this play may
not be suitable for children under 13 years of age.
