Marketing receives top honors

Miami Hamilton's Office of Marketing received two
district awards from the National Council of Marketing
and Public Relations (NCMPR) during its October conference.
The Road Scholar Handbook received a Gold Medallion
of Excellence. The handbook is a free publication
for all Miami Hamilton students that features a daily
calendar and assignment pages. It is full of important
campus information and dates to help students organize
their year.
The second award was a Bronze Medallion of Excellence
for the cable television spots advertising campus
visits. The fun ad features a Volkswagen Bug.
The National Council of Marketing and Public Relations
represents marketing and PR professionals at community,
technical and junior colleges. As one of the fastest-growing
affiliates of the American Association of Community
Colleges, NCMPR today has more than 1,550 members
from more than 600 colleges across the United States,
Canada and Bahamas.
