Prior to assuming his duties at the University
of Toledo, Hall was a member of the faculty
at the Brevard area campus of the University
of Central Florida for nine years. He served
as a program coordinator and director of the
honors program. His duties with the honors program
were expanded to include directing the program
at all University of Central Florida's area
campuses. In his final year at Brevard, he was
appointed associate chief executive officer
of academic planning.
Hall has won several teaching awards and is
the author or co-author of 11 books and numerous
articles for professional journals. An attorney,
he has worked both in public law and private
practice.
Hall earned his undergraduate degree from
Indiana University, his law degree from Washburn
University and a doctorate of education from
the University of Central Florida.
Hall succeeds Jack Rhodes, who retired as
executive director in June of 2002. Currently,
Lee Sanders is serving as acting executive director.
