Public Print Stations

You can send print jobs to Rentschler Library's print stations from any of our public computers, or from your laptop on campus. Black and white print costs 10 cents per page, while color printing costs 25 cents per page. Black and white or color photocopies can also be made using the printer/photocopier at the same cost as printing options. Library users can also select the "scanning" function to send scanned documents to their email, free of cost.

Miami affiliates can use the money stored on their MU Identification cards to access and pay for job.  Miami affiliates can also add money to their MU accounts for printing using select credit cards. See the Bursar's Office for details. Please note that funds may not be available immediately for print usage.

Wireless Printing

Most laptops can be configured to send jobs to one of the library's printers. If you have not already configured your laptop, please see the IT Help Instructions for guidance.

Free Printing Elsewhere on Campus

MUH students can print up to 50 pages per semester for free, when printing in one of the computer classrooms on campus. Students cannot use the computer classrooms when there is a class in session; likewise, students using the computer classrooms must leave before a new class session begins. Computer classrooms with 50 pgs. of free printing are:

• Mosler Hall: Rooms 300, 319, 320, 322
• Phelps 103
• UHH 120 (University Hall
• Rentschler 115 (Multicultural Center Lab)

Please note that you must still pay to print in Rentschler Library and the computer labs on campus.
