Library Instruction Request
Library instruction is an excellent way to acquaint your students with the various types of print and electronic research tools found in the modern library, as well as help them gain valuable information literacy skills for evaluating online resources. Our librarians can provide an instructional session for classes that can include a guided tour, a discussion of research strategies, an introduction to library resources and research tools, demonstrations of the online catalog and selected research databases. Faculty can also arrange to have a librarian provide an instruction specifically designed to meet the research needs of their students. We ask that faculty are present at all library instruction sessions to help answer assignment-specific questions and to help keep the students focused.
Please contact Mark shores at shoresml@muohio.edu if you have questions or would like to schedule a session. You can also fill out an electronic request below.
