Welcome to Learning Assistance at Miami Hamilton

 

The Miami University Hamilton Learning Assistance Office provides a program for students who want additional help in mastering individual subjects or developing study skills.

We offer free tutoring and workshops designed to help students feel more at ease and better prepared in the college classroom setting.

Services

Tutoring
Through the Learning Assistance program, students may receive tutoring assistance in almost all subjects and levels. To arrange a tutoring appointment, log in to TutorTrac using your MUnet UniqueID and password.

Classes
The Learning Assistance program offers college study skills, critical reading, developmental courses in English, reading, ESL, and mathematics. Learn more about our courses.

Placement Testing
COMPASS placement testing is required for all incoming first-year students and some transfer students. The test results determine appropriate course scheduling.
