Financial Aid Disbursement Policy

For returning students who are receiving federal, state, and/or institutional aid, initial disbursements of all aid for the fall semester will occur on September 13, 2011 and for the spring on January 31, 2012.

The Office of Student Financial Aid will begin issuing Book Vouchers on the following dates to those students entitled to an overage check:

Fall semester: August 15-September 9, 2011

Spring semester: January 2-27, 2012

Please have your student ID card on hand when you come in to get your Book Voucher. The office needs to verify your actual enrollment in order to write the Voucher accordingly:

For Full Time students (12 credit hrs or more):	$770 Book Voucher
For Three Quarter Time Students (9 to 11 credit hrs):	$580 Book Voucher
For Half Time Students (6 to 8 credit hrs):	$385 Book Voucher
For Less Than Half Time Students (below 5 credit hrs):	$195 Book Voucher
