Financial Aid Disbursement Policy
For returning students who are receiving federal,
state, and/or institutional aid, initial disbursements
of all aid for the fall semester will occur on September 14, 2013 and for the spring on February 14, 2014.
The Office of Student Financial
Aid will begin issuing Book Vouchers on
the following dates to those students entitled to an
Fall semester: August 19, 2013-September 12, 2013
Spring semester: January 20, 2014-February 12, 2014.
Students will receive an email notification if their book voucher has been automatically loaded to their student ID card. If your book voucher is not automatically loaded, please bring your student ID to the Office of Financial Aid.
The office needs to verify your actual enrollment
in order to load the voucher accordingly.
Note: Remember to bring your printed
schedule and student ID card to the book store.
Time students (12 credit hrs or more):

Quarter Time Students (9 to 11 credit
||$469 Book Voucher
Time Students (6 to 8 credit hrs):
||$312 Book Voucher
Than Half Time Students (below 5 credit
||$156 Book Voucher
