Financial Aid Disbursement Policy

For returning students who are receiving federal, state, and/or institutional aid, initial disbursements of all aid for the fall semester will occur on September 17, 2008 and for the spring on February 3, 2009.

The Office of Student Financial Aid will begin issuing Book Vouchers on the following dates to those students entitled to an overage check:

Fall semester: August 18-September 12, 2008

Spring semester: January 5-30, 2009

Please have your student ID card on hand when you come in to get your Book Voucher. The office needs to verify your actual enrollment in order to write the Voucher accordingly:

For Full Time students (12 credit hrs or more):	$600 Book Voucher
For Three Quarter Time Students (9 to 11 credit hrs):	$450 Book Voucher
For Half Time Students (6 to 8 credit hrs):	$300 Book Voucher
For Less Than Half Time Students (below 5 credit hrs):	$150 Book Voucher
