The Downtown Center is a perfect location for all kinds of art and photographic exhibits.
Recent exhibits have included "All in a Day's work, showcasing the work of Cox newspapers' JournalNews photographers, Miami University's senior photography students, and Miami Hamilton art students, Jessi Lalk & Amanda Poston.
If you have any suggestions for exhibits you would like to see in our Downtown space, please send us your idea via the online suggestion box on this website.
Third Thursday of every month • Slam begins 7 pm (Participants must sign in by 6:45pm to be eligible to compete for cash prizes.)
Use our storefront stage to share your creations in music, poetry, prose, comedy, or theatre with an enthusiastic audience of fellow performers and fans. Anyone can participate, and everyone is encouraged to join in—or just enjoy the show! Snacks and beverages will be provided.
This collaborative effort joins the creative chaos of Slammin’ John Kraimer from Riverbank Poetry with the talents of Miami University’s Bekka Eaton and Bill Doan in a raucous, rollicking evening of impromptu entertainment.
