Art Panel One: Paleological Scene

This panel represents the Carboniferous age (360 millions years ago), encompassing the Pennsylvanian and Mississippian Perods. The panel depicts some of the plants (lycopod "trees," horsetails) and animals (Trilobites, primative fish and giant dragonflies) of the time. See photograph of final version of this design.
