Computer Labs
Computer labs are rooms that are filled with computers to use by anyone at anytime. Classes are not taught in these rooms and there is usually a lab attendant available to answer questions.

Computer classrooms are rooms that are filled with computers. Classes are taught in these rooms and they are not generally available for students to use outside of class.

NetDisk
NetDisk is an option on MyMiami that allows one to access their M and Q drives over the internet to move files to and from their network drives and their computer.

OWA
OWA (Outlook Webb Access) is the web applications that is used to access their university email account from the web through MyMiami.

IT Help - Answers Online
IT Help consists of answers to many frequently asked guestions concerning university policies and procedures. Access to IT Help is through MyMiami.

MyMiami
Web portal for Miami students, faculty and staff; it provides web access to:

• Your Miami e-mail account
• File storage via NetDisk
• BannerWeb
• Blackboard course information
• News/announcements

Banner
Miami’s administrative system; it provides functionality to support the administrative needs of Admission, Registration, Financial Aid, Accounting, Alumni Affairs, etc.

BannerWeb
Provides web-based access to Miami’s Banner administrative system.

Phonebook
Miami’s directory on the web. With your UniqueID, you can use the Phonebook to:

• Modify/add contact information you want listed in the Directory
• Set your primary e-mail account (where you want your e-mail addressed to UniqueID@muohio.edu to be sent)

Kronos
Web Time and Attendance system; it provides web-base access to:

• Time entry of hours worked
• Review of vacation & sick leave balances
