Miami University's regional campuses will provide the following:

• All transportation and travel expenses within China
• Translation services, as needed
• Meetings with Chinese officials
• Business functions and banquets
• Scheduled tours with guide and translator
• Group activity meals
• Pre-trip meetings.

Cost for these services: To be determined.

Optional participation with the U.S. Commercial Service’s Gold Key Matchmaking Services (advanced registration required): $685 (paid directly to the U.S. Commercial Service.)

Participants are responsible for the following:

• Airfare to and from China
• Hotel accommodations
• Visa
• Any travel insurance required to cover foreign travel
• Some meals, and independent sightseeing during free time.

Note: A travel agent familiar with our itinerary will be identified to help with purchase of airline tickets and booking of hotel reservations
