Eligibility
Campus Kids is open to children whose parents are staff,
faculty or students of the Miami University Hamilton campus.
One parent or legal guardian must be enrolled for a minimum
of six (6) credit hours per semester with at least three (3)
credit hours at the Hamilton campus. Staff or faculty must be
employed at least half time on the Hamilton Campus.

Forms
The State of Ohio require the following forms to be completed
on each child before the child’s first day at the center.
You can obtain copies of these forms from Campus Kids or by
downloading them.

• Child’s Registration Form (register online, see
links above.)
In addition to the forms required by the State of Ohio, Campus
Kids requires the following forms:
• Walk Consent

Dates for Registration
Priority is given to students, staff,
and faculty who currently have children enrolled in the program.
Parents who have submitted a registration application will be
considered after the following dates:
Spring Semester: December 1
Fall Semester: April 1
Any child who cannot be enrolled for the desired semester
will be put on a waiting list. The Director will periodically
contact people on the waiting list to inform them of their status.
