Who is Eligible to Apply?

Participation is open to any high school student but preference will be given to students entering their senior year in Fall 2008; unfortunately, only 40 participants can be accommodated.

Students of whatever background or academic achievement who attend school districts designated as “high need” by the U. S. Department of Education are particularly encouraged to apply.

Applications will be reviewed beginning April, 2009, and will continue until all places are filled.
