Membership is open to any full or part-time,
day or night Miami Hamilton student.
The term of all officers will be one (1) year.
The election will be held in the spring of each
year and on a date determined by the membership.
Only those members who have been active and
have attended at least five meetings per semester
(except in special cases determined by the president)
may vote.
At the time of election, only the president's
office is nominated and voted on by the membership.
At the following meeting, the new president
will announce the new officers, appointing those
who have given their consent and expressed willingness
to work.
Officers may be elected or appointed for a
second year.
