Once your request has been made,
the key order will be placed with the Physical
Facilities Department. The entire process usually
takes about two weeks for completion.
At the beginning of each semester,
especially the fall semester, it may take additional
time to obtain the requested key as the Key Shop
may be inundated with requests. While your key
is on order, a security staff member (53222) can
let you in to your office.
All faculty and staff mailboxes are located
at the switchboard in Mosler Hall.
The following mail deliveries take place on
the Hamilton Campus each day:
U.S. Mail: The time of delivery is usually between
11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Oxford Shuttle: The shuttle brings campus mail from the
Oxford and Middletown Campuses. Campus mail that
needs to go back on the shuttle must be in the
mailroom by 3:00 p.m.
