ID Cards & Parking Permits
Digital ID cards are provided for all students,
faculty and staff members in 100 Mosler Hall during
regular business hours. All students must obtain
an ID in order to transact business at the Admission
Office, Cashiers window, Library and Records and
Registration Office.
To replace a lost or stolen card, a $10 fee will
be charged and must be paid at the Cashier window
before a replacement card will be issued.
Students, faculty and staff members with
the old style ID cards will be issued a new
one free of charge.
Student Permits
The student parking permits are issued at the
start of each academic school year from the Business
Office. Students needing permits
for second semester only may obtain them the week
before the semester begins. Each student is issued
one permit at no charge. The permit is a hangtag
that can be removed from the vehicle.
If the parking
permit is lost or stolen, a $10 replacement fee
will be charged and may be paid at the cashier's
window. Student permits issued by the Oxford and
Middletown campuses will be honored in all student
parking areas on the Hamilton campus.
