Hosting

Additional documentation is required when a hosting event occurs. The Hosting forms can be obtained from the Business Office. When the hosting forms are completed, please submit them with your LPO or Requisition request.

The campus credit card may not be used for catering services and restaurants. If Miami faculty, staff, and students are being hosted then a discretionary Banner Index is needed.
