Academic Divisions

College of Arts and Science

The College of Arts & Science primarily provides all students with the liberal arts education that is central to Miami University's reputation for excellence. Prepare for a career in botany, chemistry, foreign languages, history, economics, political science or any of the Humanities or Natural and Social Sciences.

School of Fine Arts

The School of Fine Arts offers programs in theatre, art, music and other artistic abilities, prepare for a variety of careers in the arts or acquire a broad cultural and academic background.

School of Education & Allied Professions

The School of Education and Allied Professions prepares student for careers in teaching, dietetics, exercise science, family studies, health studies, social work, and sport studies.

School of Engineering and Applied Science

The School of Engineering and Applied Science integrates professional education in engineering, computing, and nursing with Miami's liberals arts tradition. Miami Hamilton offers associate degrees as well as bachelor's degrees in nursing and engineering technology. You may also begin coursework in other engineering fields, to be completed in Oxford.

Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration

The School offers associate's (two-year), bachelor's, and master's degree programs. Undergraduate certificate programs are also available. Master's degree programs are described in the Graduate Bulletin, available from the Graduate School. Certificate and associate's degree programs available on the Hamilton and Middletown campuses are described in the Undergraduate Bulletin.

Graduate School

Master of Business Administration
The School of Business Administration offers a part-time, evening Master of Business Administration program on the Hamilton Campus. For additional information, contact the School of Business at 513.529.6643.

Master of Education
Most Master of Education courses can be taken on the Hamilton Campus on a part-time basis. For additional information, contact the School of Education and Allied Professions at 513.529.6317.
