The Harry T. Wilks Conference Center,
constructed in 1997 on the Hamilton regional
campus of Miami University, offers a full-service
modern facility and a quiet academic environment
for your event needs.
Conveniently located
near major metropolitan areas, Harry T. Wilks
Conference Center is just minutes from Rte. 129, I-75
and I-275. Free, well-lit parking adjacent to
the Center provides easy access for guests.
Experienced Staff event coordinators are ready
to assist you in creating an individualized,
custom-fit plan for your conference, workshop,
business meeting or social engagement.

Harry T. Wilks Conference Center can accommodate
a variety of meeting and social functions, including but not limited to the following:

Let us help you with all your presentation
and communication needs. All conference rooms
have access to the Internet. At your request,
we can provide audiovisual equipment. For optimal
viewing, each room has a large power-drop projection
screen.
Food, beverage, and break service
is available. We offer full beverage services
with several approved local caterers who provide
a wide variety of menus and pricing. A modern,
well-equipped catering kitchen complements food
and presentation.
Harry T. Wilks Conference Center
provides space flexibility for useful
and imaginative
room setups, including:
- Classroom
- U-Shape
- Dining
- Reception
- Theater
- Hollow Square
- Boardroom
These arrangements will accommodate
groups up to 300. The main conference room can
be divided from one to three rooms that can be
used for meeting, dining or breakout sessions.
Also, three separate meeting rooms accommodate
from 24-40 people each.
Adjoining our meeting rooms is a spacious and
picturesque Atrium ideal for networking breaks
or for hosting receptions. A large registration
center provides ample space for welcoming materials
for your guests and/or meeting participants.
The main conference room also opens onto a
large outdoor patio perfect for breaks and receptions.
